This is another sculptural vessel, its construction documented in progress on September 27, 2009 for the purpose, once again, of sharing my creative process with my friend, Robin. That these pictures may be used on my website was not planned, though I am happy to share the building of these pieces with anyone who is interested. As with the other vessel from September 19, I began with a thrown form and constructed with previously rolled-out slabs that had become leather hard. The process is intuitive; one decision informs the next.
